MD80 Values Struggle To Compensate for Stage 4 Kit

The values of the MD80, having experienced a significant and sustained decline over the past six years, have the opportunity to improve now that an improved Stage 4 noise kit has been certificated by the Federal Airworthiness Administration (FAA).
