Lease Rentals Stable But Renegotiations Creep In

The upgrade of AerCap by Standard and Poor’s is indicative of market conditions that continue to favor the lessors in terms of lease rentals, aircraft sales and interest rates but some airlines continue to experience difficulties forcing either the return of aircraft or more recently the renegotiation of lease rentals.
