Flight of Enhanced A340-600 Raises Question of Long Term Residuals

The higher gross weight version of the Airbus A340-600 has begun flight testing but the competition from the Boeing B777-300ER is encouraging the development of a much more advanced variant, thereby potentially adversely affecting long-term residuals of existing -600s.
