Delta, Northwest Bankruptcy Filings Start to Impact Values

The expected disposal of at least 220 aircraft by Northwest Airlines [NWACQ] and Delta Air Lines [DALQ] has the potential to undermine the recent gains in both values and lease rentals, but the strength of the market is such that the impact will be focused only on those affected types.
