ATR Seeks to Maintain Value By Extending Aircraft Life

With the prospects of the most highly utilized ATR42 being grounded by 2009 due to its design objective life being reached, a life extension program would enable values of freighter units, in particular, to extend perhaps 35 years and the technical service life to 40 years.
