The values – both current and future - of turboprops have been able to enjoy a measure of reasonable stability for a decade or more partly because of the absence of any major changes to the product line but with Embraer seeking to enter this segment of the market and ATR contemplating an upgrade, the status quo is being upset with the potential for a change in residual values.
