The market is currently experiencing a measure of stability for newer aircraft types with the older types continuing to find less favor even as a record backlog exists. Seeking to sell a used unencumbered aircraft for cash, even one under ten years of age, continues to require considerable pricing flexibility; the preference for newer aircraft continues.
