North American Filings Continue to Buffet Values

The combination of the war in Iraq, the SARS virus and general economic malaise has caused a number of notable North American airlines to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, potentially leading to an increase in availability of already beleaguered aircraft types and causing current values to experience a further decline.
