ISTAT Audience Split On Short Term Value Trend

The March 2023 ISTAT Conference in San Diego saw a return to something akin to normal albeit in the midst of a market that is still suffering the aftereffects of the pandemic in terms of shortages and lesser traffic but which is also seeing an improvement in values and lease rentals.
