The lease rentals of the B777-300ER have shown a fall of nearly ten percent over the course of the last twelve months reflecting the recognition that placement of those coming off lease will begin in earnest in the near term to second tier lessees seeking more attractive rates, at least for average second lease terms of 7-8 years which will then virtually see the aircraft through to retirement.
